Cradle and a Chair

Creative name for a post huh?  What can I say, I am tired!  We took a couple of antique pieces over to Reruns 4 Wee Ones recently.  First is a rocking chair we found at an estate sale.  Aside from some sanding to get the loose paint off, we did nothing other than wax this chair.

This cradle was hand made and aside from being old, you can tell it was made with love!

A Sweet Seat

My daughter loves this seat.  So much so that she insisted on sitting in it while it was covered in wet paint, geesh.  It is the perfect size for a toddler, as you can see below.  A cheese stick loving toddler :-).  It has such an elegant, yet chunky shape.  It is distressed old white and would make the perfect chair to photograph small children.

Chair Pair

Check out these vintage school chairs redone!  They are so much fun and the stencil really gives them that extra something.  Go by ReRuns 4 Wee Ones in Valparaiso to check them out.  They will move down to Brocante when ReRuns closes for the holiday.
