This kitchen went to a customer at Brocante. The only direction we got was pink and no concern over oven or details. Um, ok!! Our favorite way to make kitchens! We love the look of the ovenless kitchens. The fabric really gets it chance to be in the spotlight. While we understand the desire for ovens, and yes, my kids will have one, we do love the way this looks.

A Sweet Seat
My daughter loves this seat. So much so that she insisted on sitting in it while it was covered in wet paint, geesh. It is the perfect size for a toddler, as you can see below. A cheese stick loving toddler :-). It has such an elegant, yet chunky shape. It is distressed old white and would make the perfect chair to photograph small children.
Chair Pair
Check out these vintage school chairs redone! They are so much fun and the stencil really gives them that extra something. Go by ReRuns 4 Wee Ones in Valparaiso to check them out. They will move down to Brocante when ReRuns closes for the holiday.

A Darling Stool
We had the good fortune of finding this exact stool at our favorite place days apart from one another. The first one go her pink treatment to go with Dear Dolly and this one got a dose of old white and one of our FAV fabrics! We covered it with plastic since we figure this one could end up in a myriad of places. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. You never know!
Sweet Pea's Table
Lucky little Sweet Pea is getting a new table and chairs for Christmas! Her smartie pants mama found this sweet little table for a steal and had us refinish it. Do you love it!? I want one for my kids......think she will believe me if it gets "lost"?

Dress Up Caddy
We have the MOST patient customer in the world. MOST. She gave us an old tool caddy this summer and asked if we could turn it in to a tutu rack for her daughter. It baffled us for a LONG time and finally we decided it was better just to build it from scratch. We were trying to figure out how to extend the sides up without losing the integrity of the original piece and we were literally stumped. So, from scratch it went and, my oh my, it is cute!!! Layne, we are soooooo sorry and we appreciate your faith in us so much! Thank you!!! This was a learning experience for us and now that we know what we are doing you can expect to see more of these down at Brocante and in to Reruns after the holidays.
